KDEB established strategic partnership with Caltex

KDEB Waste Management (KDEBWM) has established a strategic partnership with Caltex Malaysia to facilitate fuel purchases through Caltex StarCard for compactor trucks and Armroll/RORO trucks operated by KDEBWM-appointed subcontractors.

Through this partnership, subcontractors can use Caltex StarCard to refuel registered vehicles at participating Caltex stations. Each card is linked to a vehicle’s registration number, making it easier to monitor transactions and track fuel expenditure.

Caltex StarCard also allows purchase limits to be set and provides structured transaction records and account statements, subject to the agreed terms and conditions. These features help streamline fuel management and strengthen accountability in daily operations.
